A Heart Change

For most of the past few weeks, I have found myself at a loss for words more often than not. I searched for the “right” words, yet came up short. I soon found those who spoke truth with grace far better than I could ever have. Here are some videos, sermons, conversations, and resources that I have found most educational, inspiring, and enlightening. My greatest prayer now is for a heart change. I took the time to examine, reflect, and discern my past behavior, current privileges, and future self. There’s a lot for me to learn and unlearn around racism, white privilege, and American history. This is my promise to serve others as Jesus did, to treat others as Jesus did, and to love others as Jesus did. This is my commitment to a lifelong journey of learning, sharing, listening, and understanding. This is my pledge to evolve and grow into the person my younger self would be proud to become.
